Theresa Hoaglin is a Real Estate Manager for Renewable Properties. As a Real Estate Manager, Theresa’s responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, surveys and performing real estate due diligence, identifying risks and performing title curative work. Theresa has worked in the wind and solar industry for 9 years. Prior to joining the team she worked as a Senior Real Estate Specialist for Enel Green Power. Additionally, she worked as a Senior Paralegal in law firms in Missouri focusing on real estate and corporate law. Theresa is a licensed Notary Public in the State of Missouri, as well as a licensed remote online notary. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations, Advertising and Communication from Drury University and has an Associate of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies.
