Working with communities on solar farms

Renewable Properties works collaboratively with all parties involved in developing solar projects (landowners, utilities and communities) to ensure solar farms are properly sited, constructed and maintained. All of our solar farm locations are identified through a rigorous site identification process taking known environmental habitat, cultural resources, geography, utility infrastructure, wetlands and floodways into consideration.

We proactively engage local planning departments and community stakeholders to ensure we are taking all local requirements and preferences into consideration, ensuring systems get built, interconnected to the power grid, and the solar power produced fits into the larger piece of the local energy mix.

Renewable Properties performs land assessments both remotely and in person at no cost to the landowner. Contact a member of the team to schedule an introductory call so we can explore the viability of your site for a solar farm.
