Renewable Properties (RP) develops EV Charging Hubs to provide charging as a service to medium and heavy-duty EV trucks. RP EV Fleet Hubs are tailored to the needs of fleet managers with gated yards, dedicated parking spots, and reserved electrical capacity. For extended parking, RP has Level 2 chargers as well as Level 3 chargers for fast, on-demand charging.

We spare fleets the time and capital involved in developing the charging infrastructure needed by your electrifying fleet. With more than 155 MW of electrical infrastructure projects operating or in construction, RP knows how to navigate the complex web of siting, permitting, interconnecting, building, and managing electrical infrastructure projects.

Charging Facilities

Fleet customers at our offsite charging hubs receive charging-as-a-service. There is no infrastructure to install at your facility. If you lease your property, and can’t spend your capital on charging infrastructure or your time on navigating the complexities of developing electrical infrastructure, RP has a solution. Customers pay for the kilowatt-hours used to charge their vehicles. There is no upfront cost.

Overnight and Daily Parking

Leave your vehicle overnight or during the day while your vehicle charges and is ready for the next shift. Our depots provide the electricity needed to transition your fleet while reducing your vehicle storage costs.

Turnkey EV Charging Service

RP EV Fleet Charging Hubs are built, operated, and maintained within our private gated facilities. RP handles all land acquisition, interconnection, electrical infrastructure, permitting, EV charger procurement, and service, support, and maintenance.

Reserved for Your Electric Trucks

Each charging hub has dedicated space and electrical capacity for a limited number of subscribers. Your EV truck fleet will have access to secure yards, vehicle storage, and EV chargers.

RP is developing commercial charging hubs near major transportation hubs, with convenient access to major transportation corridors.

Operations and Maintenance

With more than 250 MW of interconnected electrical projects under management, RP has the expertise to manage the chargers for uptime. As the commercial charging hub owner and operator, we are incentivized to keep the electricity flowing. For fleets needing resiliency and excess capacity, our facilities can also provide a backup solution.
