Maia Petrovic is an Origination Analyst for Renewable Properties based out of the company’s corporate headquarters in San Francisco, CA. As an Origination Analyst, Maia’s responsibilities include tracking and researching procurement opportunities, strategy and rate analysis, and bid preparation and submittal. She has been in the sustainability industry for 2 years and joined Renewable Properties in 2025. Prior to joining the team, Maia worked as a Research Assistant for Cal Poly where she worked with Dr. Yiwen Chiu to quantify the environmental impact of a carbon sequestration pathway known as biochar, using lifecycle analysis. She also worked as a Climate Fellow for SLO Climate Coalition where she tracked CCA incentives for EV and EV charging infrastructure to amplify program visibility and progress accessibility and affordability of green transportation solutions. Maia earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental management and Protection from California Polytechnic State University.
