Emma Conley is a Project Finance Analyst for Renewable Properties. As a Project Finance Analyst, Emma’s responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, supporting due diligence for project acquisitions, and preparing investor-facing materials that help capital partners evaluate solar development opportunities and monitor project performance. She is new to the solar energy industry and joined Renewable Properties in 2025. Prior to joining the team, Emma worked as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Dunhill Partners, where she collaborated with senior executives and asset management teams to develop and maintain property agreement records within the firm’s management software. Emma is certified in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel, and earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from Southern Methodist University.
