Chris Antalek is a Project Finance Manager for Renewable Properties based out of Detroit. As a Project Finance Manager, Chris’ responsibilities include interfacing with debt and tax equity investors, sourcing, negotiating and closing tax equity and loan commitments. Aside from working with internal teams, he frequently interfaces with third-party service providers and other strategic partners. He has been in the solar energy and lending industries for over 9 years and joined Renewable Properties in 2025. Prior to joining the team Chris worked as a Senior Associate for Silicon Ranch where he worked supporting the project finance team closing debt and tax equity commitments. Previously, he held positions at lending institutions Pathward and Fifth Third Bank. Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Central Michigan University.
