Renewable Properties to build 4MW fleet charging depot in the Bay Area

Developer and investor Renewable Properties has closed on a land purchase and $20 million credit facility for a 4MW truck fleet charging hub in Richmond, California. The 4MW Goodrick Avenue EV Depot will commence construction in Q2 2026 and is expected to be completed by October 2027, one of Renewable Properties’ first EV charging hubs for medium-duty EV truck fleets.
