The firm is led by talented and experienced solar m&a professionals with deep connections throughout the solar industry. We’ve developed projects ranging in size from 1 MW - 20 MW across a variety of markets, each with their own regulatory and interconnection requirements. The team has considerable experience working with key market drivers, leading solar due diligence, and ultimately facilitating investments in clean energy. Additionally, we have a considerable track record of problem solving complex deals so they become unique win-win solutions for our clients, associates, and investment partners.

Deal Origination

Rigorous and thorough project level and market specific diligence where we analyze key project drivers and can quickly determine if there are any fatal flaws.

Investment Selection

Once due diligence is complete, we can evaluate project specific risks and mitigants, determining what the long term PPA’s risk adjusted returns will be and how best to proceed. 


Construction Management

Through our solar m&a process, we work closely with EPC providers to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. 

Complex Structured Finance

Financing long term PPAs can require complex project specific solutions. Whether it’s a complex tax equity structure (sale leaseback, partnership flip, or lease pass-through), or something specific to the debt financing (construction debt, back leverage, or front leverage); we have experience utilizing the full spectrum of solar project finance structures available when it comes to investing in clean energy.

Operational Asset Optimization

Preventative maintenance and repairs are only part of what we offer post construction. Renewable Properties will also provide project level monitoring, contract obligation management and financial reporting so you have a transparent view of how investing in clean energy is performing.
